The swing

Today was a relaxed day. I woke up around 8 am and had some breakfast. When Amanda came back from dropping off Ryan at school we went to do some grocery shopping. We first went to target, it was a really big shop with loads of stuff. We bought some chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, because they looked so good. After target we went to do some grocery shopping in whole foods. Again this shop was huge and had loads of tasty stuff. Then we went to pick up Ryan from school. When we got home we had some lunch. Then Amanda dropped off Daantje at Shannon's. Around 3 o'clock Amanda took Ryan and me to the park. Shannon dropped Daantje and Edie off at the park as well, so Amanda and Shannon could go shopping. The sun was shining bright so it was quite hot. We played for 2 hours at the playground in the park. The kids wanted to go on the swing like the whole time, they really enjoyed it. They pretended they were superman and superwoman. When we got back home Amanda made dinner, which again was delicious. Tomorrow we will probably sit in one of Mark's classes. He is an English teacher at the state university of San Jose. In the evening we will go to San Francisco, so I am really looking forward to tomorrow.
